AnnaMarie Destefanis, a patron of the library, came in Saturday in between shopping the village’s fabulous yard sales.  She found perfect bargains but misplaced her wallet during the trip.  She was about to backtrack her steps when her phone rang.  It was the New York State Police and, you guessed it, they had her wallet.  Some kids on High Street had found it and then turned it in at the Morristown Fire and Rescue.  All her cards, her license (and most importantly her library card) are in it.  AnnaMarie thinks Morristown youth are the very best of sorts and I couldn’t agree more!  KUDOS to the kids who did the right thing.  KUDOS to the parents who raised them so well.  KUDOS to the community of Morristown for supporting families in their very big mission.
