Meeting Room Policy of the Morristown Public Library

The following are rules and regulations of the Morristown Public Library. These are effective January 2013 as adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Morristown Public Library. The Morristown Public Library is a one-room facility. We do not have a private meeting room. Therefore all groups who wish to use the library for meetings will call the Director to ensure their meeting will create no disruption of Library activities and to be placed on the schedule. • Only residents of Morristown • Group must support the library mission • Library programming has first priority • The people using the room shall leave it in a neat, clean and orderly condition • The Library Board and staff do not assume any liability for groups or individuals attending a meeting in the Library.
